screwed up yet again, they have taken out the breadth charts...This is what the link has to say

"We intend to spare you another view of our breadth charts this time around and we will only note that the recent recovery in breadth has been minimal and not at all significant. Instead, we present a view of how the S&P 500 has fared over the last decade plus. If a definition of a bear market actually existed in Webster's, it would probably read, "...when most stocks are falling in price." Although 1990 has been generally accepted as a bear market year, 1994 and 2000 have not."
