Great Post from Recon:

Somebody made a comment a while back that there would be no significant news on Ants until a listing on a major exchange was secured. After reading today's PR I would strongly agree with that individual. The OTC:BB IMO is severely flawed and lacks the regulations needed to keep the Market Makers honest while not protecting the innocent investors. There is no institutional audience on the OTCBB. I believe Ants will be on a major exchange sooner than later and before the shareholders meeting on September 12, 2000 or in the alternative before the 3rd calander quarter test results are announced. I do not believe it would be in the best interest of the shareholders & the company to announce these results prior to securing a listing on a major exchange. A Nasdaq or Amex listing would give the company the institutional audience that will take this company from the minor leagues to the major leagues IMO. Dean Witter III has had the pleasure of being professionally acquainted with our CEO Fred Pettit over the past decade and this what Mr. Witter III had to say in today's PR; "Fred and I have been professionally acquainted for about a decade, and I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past," said Witter. "I have the highest respect for Fred and the management team he has assembled, and I have enjoyed participating in the Company's gathering momentum as a member of the advisory board. I am looking forward to my expanded role on the board of directors and as the chairman of the audit committee." I believe the Company feels very confident about them securing a listing on a major exchange. Here is what our CEO Fred Pettit said in today's PR, "Dean is a financial professional of the highest caliber. He has been in close touch with ANTs since my involvement began in mid-1999. His computer technology background and keen mind have allowed him to gain a deep understanding of our technologies and our commercialization strategies," said Frederick D. Pettit, Chairman and CEO. "The formation of our audit committee sets the final stone in place allowing us to make application for a listing on a major exchange. The integrity and business experience that Dean, Clive and John bring to the committee further highlight our increasing maturity as a company." Thank you Fred & your entire team for a NOTEWORTHY job and your relentless pursiut to bring this technology to the Commercial Market.
