Quickdraw, I would like to add a few more points.

The paved highway goes from Juliaca up to Cusco. They say they are 20 kilometers from this paved road. Just north of Juliaca is the main airport for the area. To the south is a major tourist center for area called Puño.

Juilaca is the capital of the Puño Department which approximately 200,000 to 300,000 people. They won't have many problems getting supplies.

I think the infrastructure is excellent.

Plus I'll find out exactly where the property is on the Brenenquela map.
