If a licensing deal were signed today, what would be the shortest time that someone could come on line with product?
If VLNC provides technology, laminate and personnel, I would think that at least 6-12 months would be required. In a typical deal are monies received up front with additional royalties when product comes to market? While there is no doubt that licensing can and would ultimately bring in addtional cash, it is less clear that in the near term, it would solve the issue of second source.
