The gap down, the panic, the rally -- it is all noise. The underlying signal is unchanged. More tech giving is in store. I can not say if this is the rally to fade or not, I faded yesterday's, but fading tech is the only move that makes sense until they get with it and move on out of the denial phase. Everybody: Who is our new general? I nominate SUNW.
