Things look so bad now that I think it's time to begin accumulating 9984 again. Expect further weakness in Nikkei, Yen and Nasdaq between now and November 1 but Japanese sentiment, especially as relates to NCB and 9984, is SO atrocious that if it simply goes to neutral the stock could snap back to a more realistic level. I think anything below 80 will in time be considered a steal. Picked up my new chump credentials today at $75.
