If AMD shifted its CPU mix more towards high end, do you think it would have been prudent for AMD to divulge this info? This is like AMD again becoming a single segment player(different segment this time) at least for this quarter. Any release of this info early on would have generated counter measures from INTC to keep AMDs profits low. But now, with 1.13GHz PIII release, Intel may be helping AMD inadvertently.
