Perception about future demand is carrying more weight than anything than MCcranie is telling everyone over on the CY website. Currently, the issue of future demand is questionable given the Kulicke earning's warning (pushout of orders into future periods) and Motorola's reduced requirements for handset components. Just because CY is currently booked, it does not preclude a customer or customers from pushing out orders for CY components. Lots of questions, few answers? I'm sorry, but you will have to ask CY on their website. Given the substantial price drop, the stock pay-out for the recently announced acquisition might have to change.

I'm like you, I feel pain. If CY is so confident, maybe insiders will start buying shares on the open market. On the other hand, the insiders will probably rest on their options and try to convince everyone that they are feeling pain too. GOOD LUCK! MAYBE THIS CURRENT SITUATION IS A BAD DREAM (hurry, wake up).
