FWIW, guys I've read the PR on TCMV and there is something not right with it. Most companies would mention the name of the proposed suitor making an acquisition offer. This PR does not. Notice the price is reflecting this uncertainty.

I'm not saying the offer isn't legit. I'm just saying be very careful here. I got burned a little over a year ago on a similar situation with IDCN. Supposedly they had an offer, but never mentioned the name of the company making the so-called buyout offer. The stock tanked big time from the price of the PR and has never reached that level again.

With a legitimate offer, this stock should be trading no less than $2 1/4; more realistically between $2 1/2 to 2 3/4. This is the normal trading range on legitimate offers.

Just be careful.
