Where this will hurt INTC over time is it will erode their credibility in the most important and highly profitable corporate market. This helps paves the way for AMD's salesmen to break through previously locked doors. I hope Intel keeps up the tactic - despite the short-term effects on the stock price caused by the vapor-hardware announcements. in the long run AMD will benefit by a greater market share in the corporate market where Intel's profit margins have been plus 70%.
