I see the issue as being much broader. It has to do with interference with free and open markets. Although you might think I'm a hypocrite because the ROK's actions may benefit the Q, I actually agree with you in principle. I resent the Euros for giving CDMA the shaft for the same reason.

Any distinction you might posit between the two lacks substance. They are clearly different sides of the same coin.
