Les-- Well so much for the damn plastic tool... The 45 degree angle as drawn by the software on the JDSU chart isn't matching the 45 degree angle marked on the tool...from the top or the bottom. WTF? Oddly enough when I use a monthly spx chart from quote.com and the plastic tool the 45 degree line ends just about at 1410 (or so.) When I use it against this chart: astroecon.com Doesn't come close...Comes out closer to 1500. This just doesn't make sense. ARGHH!!!
