Not asking you to believe in Forms, merely observing that recognition of the probabilistic nature of statements about temporal things did not await QM, it is practically platitudinous. As a practical matter, though, we call things about which we have a high degree of confidence "facts", and distinguish them from "opinions", which are more obviously controversial.......
