Pete, you don't get it. We think Tom Tom the Piper's Son has an axe to grind with Intel. He set up his 1.133 PIII, something was wrong and it didn't run at speed. So, a light bulb came on over his head, and he thought to himself, I can run with this. I'll report that the CPU is screwed, and I'll never let anyone else see the test, much less let Intel have a look at the chip. So, what about that? If this guy had a complete scoop like this, wouldn't he bring in other "witnesses"? No, he decided to remain the lone voice in the wind.
Unless this guy comes clean with his setup, showing the thing to someone else, how can anyone treat the situation as anything but random noise?
