TigerPaw -- RE: GWB's service. So let me get this straight: a guy volunteers to serve his country as a fighter pilot in the National Guard and that's no good. But, if a guy dodges the draft (I think you mentioned ~350 men dying each week?) and goes to Europe to smoke dope and protest against his own country -- THAT'S something to vote for... THAT's presidential. Thank you for bringing great clarity to your hypocrisy. As for your absurd contention that "To the Bushs the important thing is to keep the dynasty going because without political power they don't fare well in a competitive environment."... If they don't fare well, why are you and your ilk so concerned about the "big-oil" boogeyman? Fact is, they fare very well in competitive environments: nominated to national office and won 3 out of 4 times and are about to make it 4 out of 5. Ran a successful baseball team. Ran a successful oil business. Yeah, you're right, they fare poorly in competitive environments.
