donjuan, take a deep breath and relax. I am NOT asking Shorts to shut up.
In fact I THINK SHORTY should keep posting any garbage they want.
If Shorty feels protected by Free speech, then more power to him.

At the same time I have a right to protect my investment against
what I think is

libel
defamation
falsehood
misrepresentation
malice and forethought

yada yada yada.

see..I am getting good with the legal lingo donjuan..

Ultimately courts decide.

Can I hire you to defend me donjuan in case i get sued??

<VBG>.

In exchange, if your investment collapses in a short squeeze
I will consider opening a fund to assist poor CNC shorts...
...donjuan, Kevin, Pinky, mammabear etc...

cheers,

back much later

Tunica, I know that none of us care what you do, so it will come to nothing, but you should be very careful when you threaten people with lawsuits, or encourage people to file lawsuits.

Lawyers in my state have been charged with extortion because they were overly enthusiastic about making lawsuit threats (give my client $10,000 or I will file suit) where there was no legal basis for the threatened lawsuit.

You should be careful what you wish for, because should CNC for some crazy reason file suit against a message board poster, that poster would almost certainly counter-claim against you (as well as CNC).

What you are doing is very close to extortion ("if the shorts don't shut up, I will see that CNC sues them").
