J.D. Edwards License Fee Revenue Growth Projected to Exceed 45% In The Third Quarter of Fiscal 2000
Higher Than Expected Growth in Revenue and Earnings Fueled By Strong Demand For the Company's Collaborative Supply Chain Solutions
DENVER, Aug. 3, /PRNewswire/ -- J.D. Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC), a leading provider of agile, collaborative software solutions for the Internet economy, today released preliminary results for the third fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2000. License fee revenue for the quarter is expected to increase significantly over the third quarter of fiscal 1999, and is projected to be in the range of $109 million to $114 million. Total revenue is expected to be in the range of $250 million to $260 million. The Company also expects to report earnings per share from operations between $0.00 to $0.02. Operations exclude amortization of intangible assets, restructuring and related costs, and gain on sale of equity investments.
