OT: technically, you don't own your mailbox. The Post Office does. Therefore, papers, circulars, etc can not be placed in it. If IBD is mailed to you, no problem. But if it's delivered by someone besides the P.O. their not suppose to use your mailbox. The P.O. has even taken people to court, and won, over the issue.
