I will share what I know about these questions:

3. Current MOU pricing is not an issue, but the monthly fee is; waive the fee.
This is being considered but nothing defintive yet. Some retailers have told me they have been pressing for this. They would like to see bundled plans i.e. one monthly fee for both sat and cell. Two monthly fees for one phone as I am paying doesn't cut it.

4. One number for cell and sat. (when will this be resolved?)
This was suppose to be resolved by 4th qtr but I was told that resources are being directed toward data. The engineer told me that the technology is there to have this feature but it would require effort that they feel would be better directed elsewhere right now. It will be resolved eventually. In short, they are going huckly buck for data. Using a forwarding feature can get around this once voice messaging is available on sat mode - 8/22.

5. Cheaper / nicer car kits.
In the works but not a priority. Fixing the marine kit is and developing an aviation kit. One would have assumed that this had all been done a long time ago.

6. Cell to sat handoff would be nice, but not necessary
Tough to do. The handsets are on one number for cell and another for sat. This will even be the case when they resolve the one number issue as one number will automatically forward to the other. There really isn't any clean way to make the hand off. Once you are into the pstn, you can't just seemlessly enter it from another point i.e. a gateway, without breaking the circuit. It is a good thing that it would be nice but not necessary.
