Well, it is very interesting, of course, but a fact not in hand is not yet a fact, is it, but only an alleged fact? Anyway, I am not sure how it advances the discussion. You said nothing I particularly disagree with, or even find novel, and since we were discussing whether opinions were disputable, not alleged facts, we seem to have hit a cul- de- sac. I just happened to observe that you characterized the disputed matter wrongly in the case of Cold Fusion. It was a side matter.......
