Steve, MOT Motorola scaled back estimates for how many wireless handsets it will produce this year, has nothing to do (fundamentally) with ALA. Only 15% of ALA revenue comes from mobile systems, and handsets areonly psrt of this 15%, which interestingly are growing better then expected, and many analysts were please with that. If you look at ERICY, infrastructure was fantastic last Q2, and will be going forward. ALA was more then optimistic on CC, and it is not wireless dependent. BTW, Advance MD (AMD) which produce flash memory used in phones, sold out its backlog orders by 2001!!!!!!. It is rather part shortage problems and high-end handset market, dominated by NOK,ERICY and NOT.ALA targest low and mid level market. I should said short term problem, irrelevant to ALA.
We got 670RSP( 50/450 gig) news today and more to come......
