Floyd, my claims are simply that Auric MAY be breaking rules, regulations, and laws. The "activity" part is for others to check on. You want proof, I told you how to get it. You can verify it for yourself, as I'm sure others reading these boards already have verified for themselves.
I will not stick my neck out and publicly disseminate his particular CRD# before I become familiar with the laws governing the public dissemination of that kind of information.
Meanwhile, there is an "Auric History" behind CYBR and if Blackbeard was or wasn't short on CYBR as a securities dealer, Auric seems to have indicated by his own writing that he intended to be.
Regardless, that is not the crux of my argument - the argument is simply one that suggests Auric/Stephen Worthington MAY not have been abiding by his obligations as a registered broker with direct regard for communication via publicly available electronic media.
The next extension of logic suggests to me that, as a registered and experienced broker, it is possible that Auric/Worthington understood that he MAY have had influence over investor sentiment from amongst those investors reading his 'anonymous' publicly viewable postings AND, this MAY be interpreted as possibly manipulating investor sentiment thereby POTENTIALLY manipulating price on various issues that he MAY have contemporaneously been short on which SEEMS to be a direct conflict of interest with direct regard for the responsibilities and obligations that registered brokers have when they are communicating publicly on the internet.
So, IF this is the case, it is my amateur OPINION that there MAY be a pattern of abuse of these obligations and abuse of the internet as a medium of mass-communication, which would also then SUGGEST to me that anyone associated with such a registered broker involved in such mass-communication in this POSSIBLY abusive manner may also POSSIBLY be implicated in the POSSIBLE fraudulent manipulation of price by having POSSIBLY manipulated investor sentiment by actively bashing any of the issues they were also contemporaneously short on, especially if they were all short the same or mostly the same issues as discussed in "Auric Goldfinger's Short List" by Auric/Worthington, et al and as discussed here on this thread and as discussed in many other publicly accessible threads by Auric and his merry band of short-sellers/disciples. |
