Missed 1mil shares for the convertible debenture. "Each unit will consist of one common share and one-third of a Class A warrant, one-third of a Class B warrant, and one-third of a Class C warrant." Therefore this financing could = 18mil shares in the next 5 yrs. 8mil now 8mil within 3 yr time frame 1mil(if that is the right # of debentures) by July 31, 2001 1mil aprox. time frame 5 yrs (or 4 yrs after conversion date) Sorry for the mistake and luck to all Wendy
