Mark, I know I didn't call you a "fat pig", and doubt if I called you a "stupid idiot" though I may have thought something along those lines.

Bluntly put, a liberal democratic party, as was ushered in by the clinton regime, believes in socialism in all of it's forms. It does not give individuals credit for having sense enough to come in out of the rain. It thinks that parents are not qualified to see to the education of their children. It thinks that it "Takes A Village" to raise a child (meaning the federal government), instead of the parents that love that child. It wants to give the impression of being able to give you every thing you need, so it can take everything you have. All of these points are opposite of the thinking of conservatives, be they Republicans or otherwise. As it has turned out over the last decades, the Republican Party is the only one that will listen to conservative thoughts, and goals.

One of the problems has been a schism within the Republican Party that has left it almost leaderless. That, IMO, is about to change. Regardless of what Bush may be accused of in his past, he has the leadership abilities that are foreign to gore. Gore is nothing more than a "tag along" and has been so all of his life. Gore spouts one side of an issue out of one side of his mouth one day, and spouts the opposite out of the other side of his mouth, the next day. He can't make a sensible decision even it it jumps up and bites him in the ass. Bush says what he is going to do, and then DOES it. Who will you end up trusting the next 8 years to? Who will you trust to lay down the best future for your children, if you have any yet? Who will you trust to keep your money in a safe place?? Think deeply, and I believe you will come up with the obvious answer. ~H~
