To whom it may concern,

Please see attached brain. In the process of trying to understand your instructions, it was fried, so it is not as good as new.

However, I did keep the receipt, so if there is any doubt as to whether it was a sale brain or a fresh off the rack brain, you can see it was indeed never used before today, so I would appreciate a full refund.

Prior to being HAD, I set up my computer in the fast mode so as to speed up the download. In the middle of the down load, the computer said it needed to defragment and shut it self off to complete the task. I now have a half HAD, and partial defrag, can you advise as to what my course of action should be?

Gratefully awaiting any assistance you will be able to render, along with all of my money back.

I'm sitting by my computer waiting for an E-Mail with further instructions...Thank you
