Bill, you are talking SMACK again! Are you saying you think that GE has a chance of this being heard by the SC? SC has traditionally allowed Federal Judges to decide patent cases. GE is well aware of this and is using the appeal to stall for more time and try to gain better terms for a settlement or possible buyout, IMO. So Bill, some monkeys fly, huh??? Do you see these flying monkeys OFTEN and what were you drinking just before you saw them flying? Just curious. I guess I must have missed the 'winged monkeys' episode on National Geographic.
