very true...i'm hoping that day will be tomorrow, but i'm giving this a chance of 1/24...just looking at the past two years here... actually i think if that report does get sold, it will be a significant development....so much so, that i fully expect the expectation that it gets bought to be realized with gusto... maybe that statement will lead to it getting sold...
