You can't always make a judgement based on an insider trade such as this one. I'd be willing to bet that he still has a shitload of options. Many times a CEO will cash in and then exercise options to buy more. He may also have more shares/options coming because of job performance. I generally like to look at the management crew as a whole and what they do as a group. The group isn't selling.
