Don't forget their minority interest in Healy-Hudson, which is worth about $.40 a share and the cash of about $1.50 a share. That makes the US operation worth about -$.50 a share. Maybe they can find someone that will take it for free. LOL

By my calculations the deal works out this way:
We get $14.5 million Euros, or $16 million American at current exchange rates. Of this, $11.21 million will be in cash. Add in the $6 million in cash at the beginning of Q1 and there should be about $3.61 per share in cash. The problem is that we don't know how many assets were transerred for the price. AR? Inventory? Fixed assets? What about liabilities?

We also have a 30% interest in the company(PC-Ware, symbol PCW, trading at 46 Euros) that bought the assets, plus the interest in Healy-Hudson.
