UIS has been a takeover candidate for a long time but I wouldn't believe that rumor. Certainly $18 isn't enough. This stock was recently at $49. I'd invest in UIS for its chance to recover lost ground quickly and base at a higher price, then eventually get back to where it was before. Not on a takeover rumor.
