China Touted as Major Diamond Production and
Consumption Center in the 21st Century

China will become one of the major diamond cutting centers for small diamonds in the 21st
century, as well as the third largest diamond consumption market forecasts Mr.Willie Yiu.

China rose from 14th place to the world's eighth largest diamond sales market in 1997
