QQQ is recovering very nicely now so it might be a good time to ease into FSELX. You don't have to do it all at one time, but averaging in might be reasonable.

As far as FSRBX is concerned, if you're convinced that this sector will advance that much before year's end, you have to go with your conviction.

I am looking for income and slow steady growth so am staying with more stodgy investments and sectors presently not having much confidence in the Nasdaq to repeat more multi yrs. of sustainable growth until after the election?

Also, likely major year end tax loss selling looms in my mind.
