Mark 14 day return on refurbished Dell's and 30 days on new.I sent back 3 Dell's since the end of May until I got this new model 4100 256 sdram 133 front system bus 866 mz.Love this one. When I got the first one with the rdram I thought it was the best available.I soon found out it was the most expensive,not the best. Having said that I'm sure that my 3 went to the refurbished dept.Nothing wrong with them except a picky owner.I have heard that the refurbished ones get new hard drives for what that's worth. Ed
