However, I'm certainly interested in your opinion as to why you would buy GNET over INSP. Do you suspect that Jain may nix or delay the deal in order to salvage his stock's value?

My answer is a fairly simple one. Besides the obvious fundamental strength differences of GNET over INSP...GNET has a more technically reliable (stable) as well as a consistent chart pattern. Therefore it is much easier to locate and take advantage of it's short term trends.
