dont forgot that holding the shares could create a large tax liability, of about $7 per share, due to XLA's status as a foreign holding company. F., the kid at ON24 screwed up on the most basic facts about XLA/MII/EXDS. He made the corrections last night. Can anyone trust this guy to interpret the tax code when he has shown that he couldn't read a few press releases right? Regards, Tom
