Michael, I think you are reading too much into the market viewing the merger/acquisition as negative. While there might be some concern on that count and also some disappointment that MTSN is no longer a likely candidate to be bought out, most of the small cap semi equip stocks are about one third of their highs March/April highs. It's feast or famine for this group, which is what makes them such great trading vehicles. Right now, we are in the hate stage, which probably makes most of them good buys. I certainly think MTSN is back in an attractive buying range. The selling yesterday (not company related) was of climatic proportions, imo. That COULD have marked the end of the decline but we will have to wait and see. Phil
