I've been rechecking the employment report reactions since the beginning of 1998 and I think the the number is closer to 75%-%80% than 90%. This is based on finding the exact release dates from BLS for a couple of days that I was missing due to holidays/closures.

Apr 2/99 is still odd. I show that the NASDAQ was closed that day, but BLS reports that it had a release that day.
