That is an unbelievable string on negativity that has fallen upon your shoulders. That would get anyone down.

My suggestion would be to get away to a tropical beach with your wife and a few good books. As wound up as you are, you really do need at least a couple of weeks to relax. Once you do, my guess is that you will have your physical ailments begin to improve.

As Voltie says, STRESS is a killer. You have many legit reasons to be stressed, but you MUST get rid of them and find a way to relax and be happy.

Remember, stress manifests itself as many other ailments. Get rid of the stress, the ailments will fall away.

Hang in there buddy, break the routine, get out of the rut.
