If you knew the first thing about GW, you would know that the look on his face has been the way he has smiled since childhood, which I saw, personally. There was no "frazzled" to it, and it wasn't his fault that the crowd cheered so loud and long, that he had to wait to finish a comment.
What is important about emotion, and body movement. He is not supposed to be an actor, playing a lie, like clinton and gore. He is going to be the President of the United States. He's not bucking for an Oscar. Did you ever see Truman do a tap dance? He did play a lousy piano, though. Did you ever see Kennedy put on a puppet show like clinton is doing with gore?? Forget the "charisma" crap, and get real about bring some respect back to this nation. But, you don't give a tinker's damn about that, because your last sentence shows that you don't have a patriotic bone in your feeble body.
