Here's my view of things. As I suggested/hoped was there would be no capitulation selling in the 3000's and as I had mentioned - there is no law we have to touch the BSL. I think upcoming CSCO earnings and today's favorable numbers will give us the leg we need to move to 4000+. We'll sit in the low 4000's until FOMC. There will be no hike and Bush will become the front runner pushing us to 4400-4500 maybe even a touch higher... then we retest 3800-4000 range in late october. Bush then is elected and finish the year strong over 5000 again.

Am I dreaming? I think not.
