Kumar, I am long AMAT and 6 other semi-equips and I believe your comments go beyond cheerleading to the kind of mentality found in cults. Statements such as "Its people are different" and "There is a different mentality and attitude" completely miss the point. AMAT people are no different than the people running and working at the other companies. Saying "mickey mouse competitors" denies the fact that NVLS did much better than AMAT during the downturn and the result was a "mickey mouse" suit initiated by AMAT and won before the kind of jury that can't tell a murderer when they see one let alone decide a chemical vapor deposition patent suit. There are many posts that cause me some level of chagrin, but yours should get an award. Cary
