Larry,

Per my cycle analysis a cycle low in the NDX was set in early JULY around 3600. It is not as obvious since it occured during that flat trading period. So, according to my cycle analysis the NDX produced a significant LOWER LOW. I understand that you are using the MAY lows for that call of a HIGHER LOW, which ignores the LOWER LOW in JULY.

You could be right, but its not fitting in with my cycle analysis.
