Suit not worth proceeding with.

The law firm I was dealing with decided there was little chance of success in suing Actel, and that there was little to be gained in suing GATE's management.

Maybe some smaller firms would still be interested.

Reading the latest proxy on freeedgar makes me feel there is now even less chance of winning.
