If I remember correctly, there was votes to stockholders, to issue new shares for additional capital. And the management memo said, that if shareholders will be against it, sales of some product lines can be only result to future finance companies activities. Was shareholders voted against additional capital or did'nt those negotiations resulted? Veiko
