Does anyone have an opinion on the 4:1 reverse on the table for the Annual Meeting on 29 May? When I last spoke in person to management last year at the merger meeting, the intent was to stimulate enough interest and revenue to get the price up above $3 to re-list on NASDAQ. Uh....what happened? This reverse also doesn't get them above $3 based on the current market price. Would anyone bet the price gets pushed above $0.75 by the 29th? My personal experience with reverse splits on penny stocks with shaky financials and questionable market presence is horrid. If this goes through, I'm gonna need to see $24 before my history with them is favorable. You know how my proxy will be marked.
