Hi Denis,

As you know, I already posted my sales forecast for the forthcoming quarters, see my earlier posts. I am in no doubt Graphon will make its sales numbers ($10 million is their conservative target). Btw, I liked your margin analysis which highlighted the progress in the chain reaction set by the couple of ISV contracts Walter signed earlier this year.

I shall try to make the call but being in Europe on that day, 1.30pm Pacific Time is likely to pose me a problem.

As for the content of the call, here is my guess:
i) further to Iacobucci's downfall, I would expect Walt to - either pro-actively or through the Q&A -point out the difference between Graphon's and Citrix 's business model in addressing ISVs (in view of W2K market)
ii) re-state the position of Graphon vis a vis the Linux market (to reflect the current momentum of Linux with Linux World the following week and the latest announcements with regards Caldera / SCO and Red Hat / Ericsson),
iii) elaborate on Graphon's growing presence in Asia (with the addition of Japan to China)
iv) come up with news relative to their Nasdaq listing an possibly new ISVs and/or further sales development their incumbent partners(anything new with Ericsson?).

For the Q&A, should I not make the call, can someone ask Walt the name of the new VP of Business Development. I heard news that Eric Lefevre was leaving. As Lefevre was from Corel, the appointment of his successor could hint the direction to be taken by the company.

Over to You
