What will trigger your re-entry point? Time as in the time of the year. August is always a bad month....the bad comes around each year on schedule sorta like Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Just as sure that the good will come this fall.

Anything I say is what I have taken from the good folks on this board. So you see we do have a lot of opinions on the porch. Those that think we do not do not read all posts.

Nichols! I am a very old person....check my profile 58 and I do not have enough time left to be a long term buy and hold. I need the money I lost yesterday, today.

I am not foolish enough to think that I can pick tops and bottoms.....I'll take the crumbs such as the middle of a 1000 point swing, which we all have been told is possible for August and maybe September.

I do options. Most of the time wayout in time. I have a means of (market) money for the winter and taking no chance on giving it to the market at this time. I will not even put my hands on this money because of the gambler in me. I feel it will be safe to handle this winter. Oct. Nov.++++

I don't need anyone to tell me what to do with that money right now because....I will not!!!!

I also have a small account (all of mine are) that I am trying to bring back somewhat buy playing the middle of a trading range. We'll see.
