I think most people have a mis-expectation on some issues ... there are some issues destined to blast off - but the issue needs to have several things to go for it, in the order of importance 1) in a good sector (fiber optics ...) 2) with a good underwrite (CS First Boston, Goldman ...) 3) low float (exception: Corvis ..., but nothing larger than 5 mil) 4) fundamentally a sound company, at least have a sound concept or a sound business model ... 5) buzz on the street (actually depending on the issue, this might be #1,2,3 or 4) we have 3 and 4 but not 1 and 2 which makes it a steady climber but slow getting out of the gate ... so the way this one is behaving is actually quite normal ... dude, can I write for your website ... <ggg>
