Much growth ahead.
I believe the 4th quarter was just the start of continued growth for EGAM. A whole lot of things are being worked on any one of which could have a positive impact on a $1.12 thinly traded share price.
I am hopeful & optimistic that they will favorably settle the pending lawsuit shortly.
And I think that they have the possibility of earning 25+ cents per share this year on a big increase in sales.
As the possibility of those kind of earnings becomes clear, I believe the shares could trade at or above a 15 multiple. That suggests a $3.75 share price.
Since the market tends to overreact in both directions, I dont think $5+ is out of the question in the next few years.
Look ahead 2 years..if they earn 35 cents and get a 20 p/e, $7 could become reality.
Based on the above, I believe the shares at current prices ($1.12)are a good risk/reward because the upside is much greater than the downside.
