I think the worst case scenario is horrible. Even the typical case scenario will have the country so focused on social agendas like evolution in schools, abortion, public prayer, tax grants to religious institutions, and similar issues that it will completely overshadow any effort to make the condition we leave for our children better than that which we inherited.
